Calibration and Validation services

Validation of packaging process according to ISO 11607.2 requires that the sealer involved in the process is Calibrated.

Gandus deep experience and ongoing commitment to ensure that all our equipments meet the latest requirements, allow us to offer services which are totally dedicated to the Calibration and Re-calibration processes on our validatable sealers, both new and already in use.

Calibration process is run through process critical parameters inspections (parameters are measured with traceable measuring devices) and the issue of a Calibration Certificate.

Re-Calibration process is run through careful checkings of the status of the sealer, replacement of parts whenever necessary, parameters fine-tuning, issuing of the Certificate.
