Gandus Saldatrici Routine Tests represent the new generation indicator tests for routing testing of your sealing devices.

Specially developed to check the integrity of seals produced with your sealers in accordance to EN ISO 11607.1/2 and ASTM F1929.

BlueTest.it

Suitable for sealable bags and pouches according to EN ISO 11607.1/EN 868-5 made of film and paper as from EN 868-3.

RedTest.it

Suitable for sealable bags and pouches according to EN ISO 11607.1/EN 868-9 for uncoated polyolefin materials (e.g.Tyvek®).

Gandus Routine tests allow a safe, easy and quick ink test as it is a system for carrying out the test according to standard ASTM F1929 and EN ISO 11607.1/2.

Safe – no damage of the seal because they do not use any pipette or other objects to fill the pouch, and eliminate any risk of leakage or migration of the methylene blue dye.

Easy – easy to prepare and easy to check the result.

Quick – after no longer than 5 seconds per seal you can see if the seal made with your device is perfect, secure and safe.
